Job Description:
Overview
The Senior Associate is responsible for working with the strategy team in the development and execution of media plans. In this position, you will lead efforts in gathering and preparing information for media plan development, plan stewardship, and performance reporting, while beginning to take greater ownership of workstreams and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead data gathering and analysis to support media recommendations
Help manage execution of media plans, including authorizations and insertion orders
Prepare and distribute weekly status reports; analyze performance data and flag optimizations
Monitor media performance against objectives and provide insights
Collaborate with strategy, investment, and operations teams to ensure accurate execution
Participate in client and publisher meetings with active contribution
Take ownership of select campaign workstreams
Attend trainings and apply learnings to day-to-day work
Contribute in internal and external meetings, building vendor knowledge
Qualifications
Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media, with a foundational understanding of media planning and investmentStrong analytical thinking with competency in mathematical concepts and data interpretation
Works well independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT, with ability to manipulate and present dataAbility to learn media tools and software and apply them with limited supervision
Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
1–3 years of agency experience or relevant/translatable work
Hands-on experience with: Mediaocean (Prisma/DDS), Ad servers (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid,
Excel/spreadsheet tools, Brand verification partners (IAS, DoubleVerify), At least one investment platform (Meta,
Google Ads, DV360, etc.) preferred
Interest in and knowledge of sports

New York: $40,000.00-$75,000.00
