The Role - Associate, Integrated Media Planning: The Associate, Integrated Media Planning assists in the coordination and execution of media plans under the guidance of a Senior Associate. As an entry level role, the Associate is responsible for gathering data to support media recommendations, updating client media activity flowcharts, assisting the team in responding to client needs, preparing purchase authorizations by coordinating input from internal teams, and/or assisting with tracking media expenditures to ensure budget compliance. At an entry-level, the Associate will begin to develop a working knowledge of the media space (all channels) and available media research.Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
