Position Summary
As a Senior Account Executive at KINESSO, you will be an integral part of our client service team, providing essential support to Account Managers in delivering outstanding results for our diverse portfolio of clients. Leveraging your solid foundation of hands-on experience in programmatic media, you will translate complex client objectives into innovative strategies across Display, Video, Audio, and DOOH. This role empowers you to provide strategic recommendations, optimize campaign performance, and ensure flawless delivery, directly contributing to our clients' measurable growth. You will work closely with internal teams and technology partners, learning how to translate client objectives into actionable campaign tactics and contribute to surpassing key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, translating complex metrics into actionable insights and presenting findings directly to clients.
Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving complex delivery and performance issues, collaborating with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
Serve as a key support for day-to-day client service activities, assisting Account Managers in managing client relationships and acting as a conduit between clients, traders, and finance teams.
Help coordinate the tactical design and implementation of campaigns, ensuring all elements align with client objectives and KINESSO's best practices.
Support the selling of KINESSO's services by assisting in the preparation of materials and understanding how our solutions meet client needs.
Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, learning how to effectively communicate campaign updates and performance.
Support the Account Manager in developing media and audience strategies, learning how to leverage data and market insights to achieve client goals.
Develop a foundational understanding of various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and their functionalities, learning best practices and assisting in identifying optimization opportunities.
Work with the campaign management team to ensure all tactical media plan requirements are correctly implemented within DSP consoles.
Develop an understanding of the digital media industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends to inform campaign approaches.
Assist in tracking, measuring, and analysing campaign activities, contributing to the delivery of comprehensive performance reports.
Learn to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and contribute to drawing initial conclusions regarding performance.
Support the identification and resolution of any delivery or performance issues, escalating as necessary to ensure campaigns stay on track.
Help prepare and present campaign performance updates and reports to clients and agency teams, clearly articulating results and next steps.

People
Foster strong relationships with key technology partners and publishers, staying abreast of new product offerings and integrating relevant innovations into client strategies.
Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in programmatic execution and client communication, contributing to their development.
Work effectively as a team player with various internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, trading teams, analytics specialists, and campaign engineers.
Assist in liaising with publishers and technology partners, learning about new features and capabilities, and helping to update the wider team.
Actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of digital advertising concepts, tools, and industry best practices.
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of KINESSO's processes by providing feedback and observations from your daily activities.

Desired Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to develop client-facing presentation abilities.
Great quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to drawing conclusions.
A proactive approach to investigating and solving problems, with a clear and concise communication style.
Fluency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas, chart creation).
A genuine desire to understand how things work, with a hands-on approach to new concepts and tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, contributing positively to team dynamics.
Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and the media landscape.



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
