You will work alongside an extremely talented creative and design team in the management of projects from conceptual stages through to final implementation; managing budgets and timescales, ensuring that projects are running smoothly and that clients receive a first-class service.

And to really make IMPACT come to life in the UK, we need an entrepreneurial Project Manager to play an integral role in the wider IMPACT team. This includes a designer in the UK and a creative, production & design team in the US. Whilst the role will report into the UK’s Marketing Director, you will also cultivate a key working relationship with the Founder & Head of IMPACT US, Molly McCarthy Bartomioli, SVP, Global Production.

Helping to launch our exciting new proposition, you will work closely together as a hub of creative brilliance on our most important clients.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute large, multi-channel OOH projects, delivering creative and strategic objectives
Lead and co-ordinate all technical and logistical aspects of production specialism elements including:
3D Builds (both on-the-ground free-standing and on OOH formats)
AR & VR
Experiential
Dynamic digital OOH
Marriage of traditional OOH and above specialisms
Logistical operations & project management
Location scouting
Work with Rapport’s Legal and Finance team to ensure companies (both Rapport and Client) policies and standards are met
Contract negotiations with clients, production, fabrication, and experiential partners
Cultivating relationships with fabrication and experiential Partners
Maintains team status (internal and client facing) and provides said status updates though completion (install) of campaign
Technical production supervision (on site during install)
Supervise design & fabrication remotely as well as at vendor’s facilities
Provides support for other Impact team members as needed

In this role, you will;
Liaison with local authorities/land owners to ensure compliance when fabricating props
Manage budget, timeline and schedule
Proactively and clearly explain/educate clients on: team roles and responsibilities, scope, deliverables, budget, schedules and campaign status
Ensure a project stays on strategy and meeting client’s KPIs and priorities, while keeping the details of a campaign on track
Actively contribute to the conceptual, creative and strategic development of activations
Work closely with client’s creative teams throughout the design development, budgeting, feasibility vetting and build phases of every potential campaign
Manage productions with limited supervision (i.e. installs, site visits, events, activations, etc.)

Projects may be UK-based and/or international in nature, requiring liaison with stakeholders outside of the UK. Travel and out-of-hours work may be required to deliver projects, this may include travel outside of the UK

ABOUT YOU:

Experience in OOH media and project management, production, experiential in OOH, events, etc. gained within a creative, media, OOH specialist, experiential or events agency
You will be an excellent communicator and organiser, able to work extremely well under pressure and ideally possess integrated agency and other relevant brand and marketing communications experience
Must have an in-depth understanding of agency processes and the inner workings of advertising & media; process, wider media plans, timelines, budgets, deadlines; with production and fabrication knowledge a must
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Must be friendly, professional and capable of building rapport with our vendors, our clients, partners and our colleagues
Ability to see opportunity and help grow the proposition internally and externally
Confident in presenting and managing clients & suppliers




Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
