Leading advertising media agency seeks talented Associate Director for our award-winning gaming specialty team. Our group develops and implements creative marketing strategies to help our Fortune 100 clients navigate the gaming space and make an impact with the audience. We take advertising to the next level by developing custom solutions and activating creative ideas to reach consumers in innovative ways. The ideal candidate loves and plays a variety of games, has deep knowledge of the videogame industry but also a genuine curiosity for new technologies and gaming platforms from core to casual. Candidates must have the ability to translate the creative “language” of gaming focused entertainment into marketing programsOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
